This home was placed under our Property Management Services and sold with our Owner Financing Program to a great couple. They had a small down payment, but fairly good credit. They just needed a little time to qualify for a traditional mortgage. They got a great home below market value giving them time to shop for a low interest rate.
As the property manager in Buford, we performed some specific upgrades and made minor repairs to the home making it the most desirable home in the neighborhood.
This is a great example why hiring a property management company is not an expense. The owner attempted managing the home themselves before being referred to our company.
